Mboni, received your invitation. There must be some kind of filter on your computer that is preventing the editing bar to display. I have it here and am including a link to my blog, which can not be done in your posting window without the link creator. Sydney or Felix should be able to troubleshoot that for you. I checked by blog settings and I see nothing in your settings that should prevent the tool bar from appearing. I'll do some digging here to determine why it is not appearing at your end.
